the room was clean. the location is central to many attractions. i got welcome drinks upon arrival, that was a VERY nice touch. it also included a $25 credit to use at the restaurant, so that was convenient.
sometimes it seemed hard to catch one when going to lower floors.

the staff at reception gave me drink vouchers upon arrival. daily cleaning kept the room in order. everyone seemed helpful.

the location was acceptable it was close to everything i needed.
the room was much smaller than i expected i paid extra for a balcony it was covered in ice it was unusable. the lack of usable balcony space and the cramped room really detracted from my stay.
