lovely breakfast great location needed assistance lack of respect reception desk advance notice
Breakfast offered a lovely selection of hot cooked items, cereals, and juice. The location was close to everything, great. Delia went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed!
I found a lack of respect. It was not hospitable. I arrived on the late ferry and had advised of my arrival time in advance. Keys with my name were left on the reception desk, but no one was there!

central location lovely breakfast clean bathroom wifi availability slow wifi owner reaction
the central location on promenade was very handy, I appreciate it. the breakfast was lovely with a view of the bay, I enjoyed it. the room I had included a comfy bed and a clean bathroom, these were good.
i found the wifi worked only in the lounge, i didn't like that. the wifi was also very slow with frequent dropouts, so it did not always work. the owner didn't appreciate when I mentioned the wifi to another guest, this was awkward.

Okay stay, some issues noticed
lovely breakfast great location room intrusion privacy concern
The breakfast was lovely. There was a choice of cereals and juice. A hot cooked breakfast was also available. Delia was great and went out of her way to ensure our needs were met. She ensured we had an enjoyable stay.
A man let himself into my room with a key. This happened without knocking while I was inside. He said he came to water the flowers on the balcony. I felt on edge for the rest of the stay as a result (it was quite unsettling).

great stay
helpful staff great location friendly staff
the staff helped me find the breakfast area. they showed me how to use the front door lock. the location is really good. breakfast included cereals, juice, and a cooked meal. the staff was friendly.
I think the management was a little rude and abrupt. It didn't feel super cute. shared bathrooms were a bit far from my room, not attached. the shower and toilet felt small. i also seemed like towels and bedding were not changed enough.
Service

The service was attentive. Staff showed me to the dining room. staff also explained the main entrance door lock to me. i had no issues and everything went very smoothly.
