mixed bag, i suppose

poor soundproofing early morning noise

the check-in process was quick enough, not that i'm ever in a hurry.

The room wasn't exactly soundproofed. I could hear everything. some girls returned at 3 a.m., it was a party next door. even the cleaning lady started early, really early.

good breakfast convenient location relaxing view thin walls weak fridge noisy group

the location proved convenient with shops nearby. bus stations were also close. breakfast was good and i found variety. the balcony view was relaxing overlooking the sea and city.

the fridge did not have a lot of power. it worked for waters but not for food. walls were thin i could hear everything. a group of teenagers were screaming in the pool and splashing water.

The room offered a bright space with a balcony overlooking the sea. the hotel staff was kind and always ready to help. the pool area was very clean and well kept, perfect for moments of relaxation. i loved that the beach was just a short walk away. This.

The walls could have been a bit thicker. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

I found the double room balcony spacious, and it had daily cleaning with fresh towels provided. the staff were helpful, especially at reception. breakfast had much choice. I enjoyed it. the hotel is close to the beach and buses to palma, which i appreciated.

the fridge in the room was not cold enough for food, it was only good for drinks.

a decent stay

helpful staff friendly receptionist good room many choices twin beds missing towels dirty balcony

The staff was helpful! tamara, from reception, was really friendly. she could answer all my questions. i booked a double room with balcony and the size was good enough for us. breakfast was really good. There were lots of choices.

I requested a double bed as we came as a couple. We were given two twin beds. it meant we had to sleep separately. we weren't provided with towels. i had to ask twice after house keeping took them without replacing them. the balcony had cigarette buds on the floor and the view from the 4th floor is just concrete.
