the location was very good, being just a short walk to the beach.

The room i was given was smaller than expected. there were no tea or coffee facilities, though i could have hired a kettle for a deposit. the noise was also disruptive. Cleaners were loud outside my door early each morning and i could hear other guests too

The location was decent, close to the beach and the bus stop, made getting around convenient.

The room was smaller than expected, and the sound insulation was quite poor. I could hear noise from outside and the hallway, which disrupted my rest (I could hear everything!). The breakfast, while plentiful, lacked variety and the quality was not great.

the rooms are really small. you have zero privacy, i had to leave the room every time someone was using the bathroom because you could hear and smell EVERYTHING.

Our room had a balcony. This was a great addition. the bathroom featured two separate sinks. the shower had excellent water pressure and was easy to use. a king size bed offered comfortable sleep.

the gym did not have water available, even after several requests.

the hotel is a short walk from the beach. a bus stop close to the hotel provides easy access to palma. this made getting around the area very convenient. the lively strip is also close by.

the staff was very friendly and always ready to assist. check-in was smooth, and the staff helped with requests. they were very warm and cute, it was AMAZING!!! the cleaning crew also maintained a high standard.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel rooms were cleaned every day with new towels (which i appreciated).

The rooms were quite small. the isolation from outdoor noises was pretty bad. I could hear everything from outside.
