Excellent stay and service!
comfortable beds professional staff good breakfast attractive grounds
The room was very clean. I found the beds very comfortable. Staff were professional. Drinks at the bar looked really nice. I liked the presentation a lot. I found that the breakfast had good selections. Hot breakfast items were excellently cooked. The breakfast service was available till 13:00 every morning. They offered a champagne if you wanted it. I found this an excellent detail. The pool area featured a bar. The grounds are attractive. I found food and drink were priced reasonably. The hotel is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hotel has free spa.
The gym was small. The cardio equipment was limited.

The breakfast offered a plentiful buffet with many options. The chef prepared hot items. The long breakfast hours until 13:00 are great. Champagne was even offered during breakfast.

The pool area looked clean. There is a bar near the pool. The attractive grounds had beautiful flowers. The free spa was a very nice plus.

mixed feelings about the stay
inconvenient pool policy unhelpful staff
the room was clean, it met my basic expectations for cleanliness.
The pool policy was quite inconvenient. It did not open until 10 am. there was also an incident where i was robbed at the beach. the hotel staff did little to assist beyond telling me to report it. This was disappointing during a stressful situation.

towel service omelette station helpful staff
i stayed in a double or twin room. i appreciated the daily towel service. the omelette station at breakfast was a nice touch and the staff very helpful. they called a taxi for me quickly.
The hotel pool does not open until 10am. This policy is a bit strict.

the hotel is in the heart of the beach area. the hotel is near many restaurants, bars, and shops. accessing palma from this location is very easy because it is near to the airport.
