My holiday was amazing. I stayed for several nights. The reception staff, Rocio, Christine, and Maria, were efficient and quick. They gave me a warm welcome and left a birthday surprise in my room. The hotel sits next to a Lidl and a bus stop taking you to Palma.
The hotel hallways smelled of dirt. The air conditioning was insufficient. Privacy was also a problem because neighbors could fully see inside the room.
