Excellent stay near the holy site

great servicecomfortable room

The food service was great for breakfast. fahad really looked after us. He brought everything we asked for to the table. the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great and i found the room environment comfortable. the staff were kind, especially when i spoke to them directly.

The hotel is away from the city's craziness, which i appreciated. it is located on the edge of town, so there was no car honking day and night. there were no scammers nearby, made the area peaceful.

The hotel offers a shuttle service, and it runs on time. this is a valuable amenity. it also features free parking, very convenient. there are also some wheelchairs available. Guests can use them around the city for free.

I HAD a really great time. The room was very spacious, it HAD a large wardrobe. The staff were really friendly and allowed a late checkout without any hassle.

The lobby provided complementary coffee and drinks.

I had issues with the shuttle service. Our trip to the Haram was delayed due to the outsourced bus. The drivers seemed disorganized (I'm not sure about other times) and communication was difficult because the contact person only spoke Arabic.

my stay included a very comfortable bed, promoting restful sleep. the room's hygiene was visibly maintained, offering assurance. i found the available features to be modern and helpful. i appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide for a relaxed atmosphere..

the gym and pool hours were somewhat limited, specifically only between 2:30 pm and 5 pm.

my beautiful twin room included two separate beds, each with fresh linens, ensuring a restful sleep. the climate control system maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. a small work desk was available and provided adequate space for tasks.

the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the haram, running every thirty minutes. the reception staff displayed pleasing manners and were quick to assist with any requests. i observed a cute atmosphere created by the attentive staff.
