The location proves great, I could get to the slopes quickly. The breakfast included many options to pick from, I found it satisfying. The staff seemed great. They were helpful when i asked questions. My room also had a deep bath where i relaxed after skiing.
The hotel needs some updates to look more modern.

Sebastian checked us in quickly and showed us the essential areas. he even escorted us to our room. breakfast was varied and plentiful during our half-board stay. the dining room staff were all very friendly, courteous, and happy to help, with special mention to thomas. the room was more than adequate, with good storage and comfortable beds. I had no issues with the shower, and the balcony was lovely, i was so happy, cleaned and towels were changed .
the boot room felt a little too small, and it was difficult to find a place to sit while putting on boots. constantly having to move to let people pass.

the staff at the front desk were very helpful, especially with quickly addressing any questions that arose. the dining room staff showed great courtesy, providing attentive service at each meal. house keeping was efficient, providing daily towel changes and keeping the room refreshed.

the location stands right opposite the piste, so i could walk to the ski lift in just a few minutes. the restaurant offered excellent breakfast options, i did feel filled with joy. the staff helped organize a larger room because of an accident, i felt understood and cared for.
the boot room design was not great, i experienced a bit of a squeeze when passing people.
