The staff ensured skis were ready each morning. Heated storage was available for ski boots, so they were dry. Elevators were quick and convenient, and the hotel's location was convenient to ski lifts.

the ski shop team was excellent they provided friendly service. the hotel location is very close to the slopes just a short walk. the hotel bar and lobby were modern and clean i enjoyed the ambiance.

the gym had a reduced range of equipment

Decent Location, Restaurant Issues

slow service restaurant atmosphere

The dinner options were disappointing for the price. Service in the restaurant felt slow and inattentive. It didn't match what I'd expect from a supposed five-star hotel. Also I found the lack of staff made the atmosphere stressful. Making reservations looked tricky, and certain guests seemed to get preferential treatment.
