this hotel's location is fantastic. it is next to the public parking, a real plus. lifts are also nearby! the bustling bar and restaurant area had a good vibe.

the ventilation system seemed to shut down at night, this affected my sleep quality. i told the head receptionist about this, but she was unfriendly. the hotel is not very good about this issue! the spa lacked proper hygiene, people didn't use towels.

The hotel is very close to shops where you can buy food (very convenient!). I liked the downstairs area. It is perfect. I was very comfortable in the living room on the first floor. The location allows easy access to ski rentals.

The restaurant was difficult. Waiting for a table was frustrating. I think the hotel should have timed sittings.

The shower leaked into the bedroom. the half board dinner was not good with little or no choice. Some of it was beyond edible. service from some of the waiting staff was poor (i found this particularly annoying).

The hotel location is very central. It is super close to shops. I also really appreciate the breakfast options in the hotel. The standard was pretty normal.

The room was really small. I found it difficult to put the bags. I did notice there was some cobweb. I could see they had not used the room in a long time.

The free spa access for the first time was a great surprise! I found the restaurant to be wonderful and the breakfast was extensive. Our room was spacious with ample storage. The view from the room was amazing! I slept really well in my comfortable bed.

The female receptionist wasn't very friendly or helpful.
