“This is a property with many strengths. The location is ideal, a manageable walk to the lifts, and the hotel particularly shines with its breakfast and half-board dining options, though some may find the menu limited in fresh produce. Overall, it's a solid choice, especially appealing for families seeking convenience.”

small room outdated fixtures
the breakfast was acceptable and the staff seemed friendly.
the room, a superior double room, felt smaller than expected and lacked proper sound insulation (i could hear everything from the hallway). the bathroom fixtures looked outdated with some noticeable wear and tear. i found the shower pressure weak and inconsistent.

Mixed Experience with Room for Improvement

obstructed view inconsistent towel
My stay had a couple of issues. The promised mountain view from my room was largely obstructed. This limited the appeal of the room. I also noted inconsistent towel service. Housekeeping sometimes forgot to replace used towels. This was an inconvenience after using the spa facilities.

clean room spacious room black algae lunch option
the room was very clean and spacious! the restaurant was really nice, though. the food was delicious and had a good choice for breakfast including freshly cooked eggs and pancakes.
the pool was stained with black algae. the lining needs replacing. there was no lunch option or bar snacks for when you come back for the children's lunch break, though you don't always want to stay on the slopes from 9am-5pm.
