The ski shop was located right in the hotel, and the staff seemed really friendly and efficient. The hotel location provided easy access to the slopes, I found this very convenient. The room had enough space, with what looked like plenty of storage for my gear.

My room was a bit small, especially considering how much i'd payed, I was expecting something bigger. I was asked to pay extra for spa access, I don't consider this normal. The boot room seemed too small and very busy. I don't like crowds.

superb staff live music

The ski lift was next to the hotel. I stored my skis and boots in the hotel ski shop and skied to the back door of the hotel ski shop. The bar had nice live music and was comfortable. Staff supported comfortable rooms and superb clean.

The breakfast was good. Some hot drinks tasted cold, I have to say.

Amazing Ski Trip!

I found the staff helpful. They provided attentive service during my entire stay. the secure parking area was easy to access. i enjoyed fine views directly from my room. the very good spa area provided a relaxing retreat after skiing.

the walls were quite thin so i could hear sounds from adjacent rooms, only a minor disturbance.

The hotel provides a comfortable bar with live music. It's quite enjoyable. the hotel is close to various shops and the ski lift providing easy access. the chauffeur service was a nice surprise.

I was actually surprised by the on-demand chauffeur service. It made getting around simple. the ski shop allowed storing skis and boots. staff provided smooth service. i was impressed with the overall helpfulness of the team.

friendly staff convenient location dirty room empty minibar

i thought the staff was friendly. the location was quite convenient with easy access to nearby shops. the ski shop under the hotel was very practical. i appreciated been able to store my ski equipment there .

The room we had, it wasn't cleaned very well. i notice some hairs on the floor. the minibar was empty when we arrived. I expect it to be stocked already. the outdoor pool wasn't included in the spa access, and i found that unclear.

wonderful breakfast secure parking attentive staff

The breakfast was wonderful, so many choices were available. The parking area was secure, so I felt safe. I loved how attentive the staff were.

The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear sounds from other rooms.
