Excellent Hospitality and Cleanliness

The hosts were very accommodating. They gave us a ground floor room as my husband is unsteady on his feet. This was a great help. The hotel is super clean, and the location is fantastic. I spoke to other guests, and many of them are returning guests.

I did not find a fridge in the room. The shower curtain rail fell down as soon as I touched it. The shower was terrible.

The location is excellent. It is within easy walking distance of the town center. It is also within easy walking distance of the sea front. The hotel is very close to everything, and there is lots to do for the kids.

A great full English breakfast was available. really good hospitality. I understand breakfast has not been consistently available. I did not get to try the bar, but I understand it is well stocked.

the location is fantastic and close to local attractions. i found the room very very comfy and tidy. both tracey and andrew were genuine and provided great hospitality.

The hand soap dispenser was really hard to use. Only drops of soap came out. i think this could be improved.

Fantastic Spot Near Everything!

I stayed for several nights. The location was AMAZING! I walked to the sea, shops, and various restaurants, so I did not NEED the car. Check-in was smooth, and the team seemed friendly.

The mattress firmness wasn't optimal.
