Breakfast offered a decent selection served directly at the table. Efficient.
The room advertised as a "Superior Suite Sea View" lacked a clear sea view without craning your neck. The partner of the owners asked us to leave a 5-star review for a chance to win a 2-day stay. This felt disingenuous. I found the experience overpriced, and the room seemed mis-advertised.

Charming Stay with Amazing Scenery

amazing view friendly hosts superb breakfast
The hotel's location provided amazing sea views, a real treat! The breakfast offered a superb selection, like cereals, porridge and fresh fruit. The hosts were friendly. I appreciated the on-site parking, especially considering the narrow Victorian town lanes. It was very convenient for my SUV.

friendly reception honesty bar
Check-in was smooth. A friendly person at reception welcomed me and provided useful information. My room had lovely views.. It was very comfy and tidy. The hotel has a well-stocked honesty bar. I enjoyed sitting on the beautiful terrace with a drink. Breakfast included cereals, fruit salads and full english options. Wifi worked without issues.

An Idyllic Coastal Retreat

warm greeting peaceful sanctuary convenient access
The staff greeted me warmly and showed genuine care. The room offered a peaceful sanctuary with really good cleanliness. I particularly loved the convenient access to local walking paths right from the premises. I took the chance to walk every day and discovered hidden charms.
I noticed a slight delay in the replenishment of toiletries one morning.

small room stale pastries
The room i booked, a standard double room, was smaller than expected. it barely had enough space to move around comfortably. also, the breakfast selection was quite limited. I expected more variety, especially considering the price. the cooked options seemed to lack quality, and the pastries tasted stale.
