The location was really practical, especially for exploring local attractions. I also found having parking at the hotel very convenient. The room had necessary amenities.
The bathroom needed improvement. It had a drainage smell. there was no hot water when I checked in, an inconvenience. I didn't feel very comfortable.

The location is really convenient, just a Short walk to main attractions. My superior room included a cozy balcony. the indoor pool added a lot to the experience. It was nicely heated and available all day. Breakfast was a plus. It had options for everyone.
the air CONDITIONING in my room barely worked, it made sleeping difficult. It definitely needs some improvements.

The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. The location is very central. It is convenient to reach both the train station and the promenade. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
I found the pillows could be improved. They were not as comfortable as I expected.

The room had an elegant decor and felt very comfortable. It was super clean, and the cleaning staff was attentive. The bottles with shower gel were always full. We always found the room nicely arranged.
