the room had a good bed. a nice range of free snacks was available in the room. breakfast was served promptly and included a good choice.
other residents woke me at 4:15am. they kept me awake until morning. it was uncertain who had the authority to deal with this issue. no one seemed to be onsite.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They assisted with our bags. Free parking was available and convenient. I found the garden relaxing. The provided guest information booklet was thorough, offering answers to various questions about the hotel and neighborhood.
The walls are THIN. Some noise from other guests was noticeable at times.
