I really enjoyed the convenient location near the mercado (it offered many dining choices!). the staff was friendly and efficient. i appreciated the clean and modern rooms. breakfast had a good variety of food. The fresh pastries were a highlight.

i noticed the bathroom design lacked privacy because of transparent glass walls.

the staff was friendly overall. the breakfast had a good selection with warm food and delicious coffee.

i found it unbelievably inconvenient that there was not a usb plug in the room. i travel from abroad so i require a european plug to charge my phone. i felt very left out due to this important feature missing.

the hotel is clean and fresh i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful the location is very good with the metro station and buses close by even the open bus tour passes by the hotel i had a twin room it was comfortable.

the sound insulation was not good i could hear noise from the street even with the windows shut this affected my sleep quality the noise was noticeable from other rooms as well.

My room faced a busy street. I found noise insulation inadequate. Traffic sounds disturbed sleep considerably. the lack of USB plugs was an oversight. I needed a European plug to charge my phone, a surprising inconvenience.

the location was acceptable because a supermarket and a food court were nearby.

The room faced the street. There was no noise isolation at all. i was placed on the 5th floor, right next to the elevator. the traffic noise was constant!
