the room was a little too warm at times, but it wasn't a significant issue, just something i noticed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. That was a plus.
The room lacked proper insulation. It was too cold during the night. It became unbearably stuffy with the aircon, causing me to get ill. I think the hotel has potential, but these issues need addressing.
