I found the lack of natural daylight in the room disappointing, it. It was difficult to properly air out the room, as well.

i found hotel was clean. housekeepers was thorough and the rooms felt fresh everyday. the breakfast had variety, with many options available each morning i was actually surprised. i liked location because it was close to transport and shops were convenient.

The hotel is near bus and tram routes. shops are close. McDonald's and a supermarket are less than 100 yards away. It's also a short walk to the city center, about 15 minutes. The room included a double bed, a kettle, a TV and WiFi.
The positioning on a one-way street complicated getting a parking ticket. Returning to the garage on the same route was hard too.

The reception service was great and very helpful. Laszlo and the morning gentleman were appreciated. Staff even prepared extra breakfast for us to take, because we had to leave very early, it was so lovely.

The breakfast had a good option selection. space was very little in the area. So be very mindful about what time you pick the 7 am to 10:30 am window. The little croassants were really tasty!

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of options to choose from.
I stayed for five nights. The air conditioning did not work for the last three or four nights (not great, i must say), , made it very difficult to get a night's sleep. My room did not have a window to the outdoors, so the room became very hot and stuffy. I'd expect better from a four-star hotel.

the staff was super helpful. i was offered to use a conference room in the building when i was hoping for the lobby for a zoom meeting. the breakfast was amazing, they even offered banana shakes. the ac was the best i've ever encountered.
i found the rooms outdated. the bathrooms need many repairs. the power outlets are under the bedside tables, so i had to go on my knees to charge my phone. the wardrobe smelled like food.
