The staff were friendly. They kept the kitchen open when I arrived late from walking. I enjoyed a good fish and chips. The room was also excellent.
i found some badly creaking door hinges on the bathroom door. this created a night disturbance. there was no remedy available to fix this.

i had a double room, and it included complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and both still and sparkling water. there was plenty of storage with drawers and a wardrobe. two chairs. the breakfast had lots of choices, and the cooked breakfasts were very substantial (i really enjoyed it!). staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
the windows looked a little tired, but it did not impact my visit.

i arrived late after a long day. the staff kept the kitchen open for me, and i had delicious fish and chips. my room had everything i needed for a comfortable night. the staff were all very friendly and helpful too.
the windows looked a little worn, but the furnishings seemed fairly new and clean.
