the room was immaculate. the spa was also immaculate. the staff provided excellent service.

obvious stains broken air conditioner

the bed was spacious and acceptable.

The air conditioner wasn't working well when i arrived. I had to call for workmen with a ladder to fix it. the flooring had some obvious stains and discoloration. english breakfast tea was not placed in the room on the first day. I had to ask for it.
