a great HOTEL

the staff, including the cleaners, was very nice. ismael and elisa were really good. i really appreciate clean, modern rooms, attention to detail, and the convenient charging ports. i liked the food, drinks, coffee, room service option, and the nice pool.
i found it to be very noisy. our room had a balcony over the road so i hear everything. it seemed like i sleep in the street.

A Wonderful Hotel Experience

The staff provided excellent service. I found several bus stops for the airport and other destinations just outside the hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily. The climate control system was easy to adjust. I also appreciated the seating areas both inside and outside the hotel.
My room faced the street and i heard a lot of noise.

the hotel decor presents a boho minimalistic style and a calming clean atmosphere. the staff provided friendly and professional service i was greeted with a warm smile each day and received great suggestions for exploring the island. the location is convenient with the bus stop just outside the hotel and restaurants and bars within walking distance
the hotel was fully booked when i requested a different room due to street noise.

I did notice some noise issues. My room faced the road, so street sounds were quite loud. It was like sleeping right on the street. I really missed having coffee or tea available in the room. It would have been nice to wake up and have a quick cup before heading out. No coffee machine, street noise
