the hotel location really shined as it was so close to everything. i found the staff was friendly. the room was always clean and fresh, it met my expectations for my mini vacation.
i find the walls are a bit thin, and i did hear some noise from other guests at times.

The hotel is in a GREAT location near restaurants and shops. I found the sound system around the pool with soul music particularly enjoyable. Breakfast had AMAZING variety, and the quality was very good. The room key within a wristband was a REALLY nice touch. I did not worry about losing my key!!!
The walls seemed thin. The hotel was quite noisy, with sounds coming from the hallways at night.

The staff was generally friendly and helpful. A few staff members were polite. Their assistance contributed positively to the overall experience, it was EXCELLENT.

excellent stay!
wristband keywaterfall showerthin wall
i appreciated the wristbands that acted as room keys. they eliminated concerns about losing keys. the bathroom included a large waterfall shower, especially nice. i stayed half board and found the food selection to be excellent, offering some unique touches. rooms were simple, fine given the area.
The walls seemed thin, causing noise issues. It was difficult to sleep well.

The room i booked had a rather grim bathroom. I noticed it was quite dated. the coffee cups in the room were not replaced one morning, so i could not have tea. i also found i was frequently woken by screaming in the halls at night..

The location is very convenient. It is near the beach. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and great quality (i really enjoyed it).
The room was not the cleanest. I noticed lots of cobwebs in my room. I found the bathroom quite grim. It felt very dated (I expected more modern facilities).
