great temperature tasty selection great location

I am thrilled I stayed in a Superior King Room. The air conditioning worked great, so the room was always at the perfect temperature! the breakfast included a great tasty selection. The location is great, near bars and restaurants.

The room cleaning was not the best, I think it could be improved

I had a excellent experience. the staff were helpful. They quickly resolved any requests i had. breakfast was really good with a continental buffet. a choice from the a la carte menu. comfortable beds and spacious rooms were a nice surprise.

the room was a little dark for doing my makeup except in front of the bathroom mirror.

The hotel has an excellent location. it not sketchy at all and secure. it is within a few minutes walk to many cafes and restaurants. the promenade is beautiful for a morning run. It is right next door.

i found the staff to be very helpful, especially emma and katarina at reception! they were always smiling and ready to assist, it. the breakfast included a tasty buffet with sweet and savory options, i enjoyed that. my room on the 9th floor was really clean and the bed was comfortable.

the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell of drainage, which got worse. i found that quite disappointing in a new hotel. water also leaked from the back of the shower into the room, i had to use towels to stop it.

The room was spacious. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I found it excellent value.

The shower pressure was nonexistent. Washing long hair proved difficult. There was zero soundproofing, so I experienced noise from the bar down the road until late each night.

the hotel design is beautiful. breakfast was great. the staff was friendly and helpful. i made sure to book a taxi to the high-speed ferry port when heading over to gozo at reception.

the gym and swimming pool both close quite early at 6pm. this is perhaps the best time to use those facilities, so it feels a little inconvenient

Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. They assisted with all requests. the staff took pride in their work, which i noticed from my first interaction. the chef even shared his yogurt chia pudding recipe.
