The staff was friendly and helpful. Mohamed at reception provided easy check in. I was also upgraded to a sea view room. The man at the door helped me with my bags. He called a taxi and made sure the driver knew where I was going. He also handled the payment, I appreciated it.

I found that several electrical sockets in the room were not functional. The lobby was grand with nice furniture. The lobby was not very cozy because of all the smoking.
