Fantastic Experience
quiet room high quality restaurants multiple pools
I appreciated the room. It was quiet and spacious. I found several high-quality restaurants within the hotel. The multiple pools were a highlight of my stay. The gym could use more equipment for a large hotel. It is a minor point.
The casino floor was a slight disappointment, i did not spend much time there.

The hotel's location provides convenient access to various attractions. Southbank is easily accessible. The hotel is located within a reasonable walking distance. The area offered a pleasant environment for exploration.
Service
9/10
Staff members were generally helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff in the Kyoto room were particularly fabulous. The staff presented themselves professionally in their uniforms.
