location was great. the room was spacious and very clean. housekeeping was commendable. i found shopping outlets and eateries with easy access. south bank with its cultural amenities was nearby. it was within walking distance to the city botanic gardens.
the room was a little small for two persons.

the location was acceptable.
I found miscommunication about breakfast inclusions very frustrating. this caused delays during checkout. I felt pressured to stay while they sorted out billing, annoying with an uber waiting.

the room was clean and the location proved convenient for accessing nearby shops and transport
i found the constant miscommunication regarding breakfast inclusions very annoying it happened at the kitchen and again during checkout a front desk clerk even pleaded with me not to leave delaying my uber i also noticed the room itself felt somewhat small despite having a comfortable bed it just wasn't quite spacious enough for my liking
