Guests frequently highlight the convenient location, allowing easy access to South Bank, the Convention Centre, and West End. Many appreciate rooms with park views and find the modern rooms spacious, with brilliant layouts, big windows, and comfortable king-size beds; the 31m² corner rooms with a sofa, table, and chairs are especially liked. The location is convenient to South Brisbane station; however, some guests have noted concerns about a nearby homeless camp. The hotel staff seemed very friendly and helpful. The location allowed easy walking distance to QPAC and Southbank.
The air conditioner could not be set to quickly cool the room. The bacon at breakfast was overcooked and the baked beans tasted bland.
