slow check-in high cost
The room was clean. Breakfast service I had through room service proved adequate.
Parking at the hotel presented challenges, I had to secure a spot elsewhere because the hotel parking reached capacity. The check-in process was somewhat slow and inefficient. It seemed like a long wait. The cost of my stay was a bit high, specially considering the parking situation.

cold pool unlined bins
the location is near many restaurants.
the pool was too cold to enjoy , despite assurances it would be heated. i also noticed there were no liners in the bins , which was odd and unhygienic.

friendly staff easy location air conditioner overcooked bacon
The hotel staff seemed very friendly and helpful. The location allowed easy walking distance to QPAC and Southbank.
The air conditioner could not be set to quickly cool the room. The bacon at breakfast was overcooked and the baked beans tasted bland.
