convenient location easy transportation helpful staff
The hotel is conveniently near the bus station for easy transportation. Shopping areas are within walking distance, so accessing retail was simple. I found the staff to be helpful with directions and local information.
The gym equipment looked somewhat dated and could use an upgrade.

check in was quick, and valet parking were great. the location near to everything i wanted to see, helped me. the rooftop bar offered a nice spot for a relaxed drink after a busy day.
the old holes in the wall hadn't been patched up proper.

the location proved quite convenient, placing me close to transport links. i found the gym and outdoor pool to be nice. the staff members were friendly, assisting me with directions. i also appreciated the lighting control in my room, useful for working at night.
i noticed that the bathroom floor had flooded. i also experienced a toilet that wouldn't stop flushing for a while. the room had an unpleasant smell, slightly uncomfortable.

accomodating staff good array impeccably clean queen street mall
the staff was so accomodating when i requested extra pillows. the breakfast buffet offered a good array of pastries and fresh fruit. our corner double room was impeccably clean. i loved that the hotel is close to queen street mall shopping.
the gym had limited equipment, and it was a little small

the location was great as it was within walking distance of many locations. checking in was quick and easy. i was allowed to use pool facilities after checking out. the staff was great and helpful.
the rooms felt old, like they are not very well maintained. there was visible dirt in areas that should have been clean.

the location is very convenient it is close to the train and bus station. the staff were helpful i would stay there again. the buffet restaurant was delicious.
the room was quite outdated and unclean i found. i had three people on my reservation but only two of everything in the room. there were no bin liners for the rubbish bin provided.
