the staff was friendly. they were helpful.
The room was really small. there wasn't much space for my luggage. the noise from the street was unbearable. Loud music kept me up late.

I appreciated the early check-in. It really helped after my travels. the welcome drinks were a nice touch and the staff handled my luggage efficiently on arrival. the location was also ideal. There were many cute coffee shops nearby. i found the hotel clean. That was a big plus for me.
The room was small and not well laid out. It was hard to find places in the hotel to relax.

Breakfast was yummy. It had a nice variety of options! the coffee tasted fresh and the pastries were flaky. i also noticed the dining area was kept clean during service. it was a good start to the day.

The staff was amazing. They were helpful with directions and recommendations. i saw them assist other guests with travel arrangements and luggage. their hospitality. they were available at all hours.

The street noise was pretty intense all night. i needed earplugs to get any sleep. also, the room lighting was dim. It was hard to read in the evenings.

the hotel location is amazing, so close to many attractions. i especially liked the stylish decoration in the rooms. the staff was helpful and also friendly. i even received a thank you gift. it was a nice surprise i hadn't received before.
i found that the surrounding area can get a little noisy at night. music from nearby clubs was audible until the early hours. closing the window and using the air conditioning helped a bit, but it was still noticeable.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices, including tasty local dishes and international options. it was a cheaper option than the nearby cafes. the quality and price were balanced well.

the hotel staff helped with public transport questions. nikita, at reception, gave a kebab recommendation. the staff were able to answer my questions, too. they were friendly at all times.

the room included a good shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. there were also robes, an extensive room service menu, and coat hangers that could be removed. the beds were very soft and warm.
