The location of the hotel is GREAT. It is within walking distance of many key attractions. The staff was very helpful. I arranged tours and transportation through the hotel, and everything went smoothly.
The a/c did not function from day one. I reported it. They only provided another room toward the end of my stay. Considering the HIGH temperature, it was impossible to sleep, made the room unusable.

The room was quite small, and this made things rather UNcomfortable. I had anticipated using the pool shown in the hotel pictures for evening swims. there was no pool available. The spa services required an additional fee, a significant disappointment because that was a key reason I chose this hotel.

the location was excellent i could easily walk to major attractions the breakfast buffet offered many choices i found fresh fruit every morning i appreciated that. the rooftop restaurant provided amazing views particularly during breakfast service the staff were attentive and kept everything well stocked i enjoyed the experience.
the room was a bit smaller than i anticipated but it was manageable for a short stay

The breakfast had an very nice selection and included drip coffee. The staff was always attentive and helpful, and I really enjoyed the view from the rooftop restaurant, overlooking the Blue Mosque!
The service was not very friendly. I asked for another pillow, but it never arrived. the room attendant did not replace my used coffee cup. They placed the dirty cup back on the shelf.

I found the rooftop restaurant provided fine views of the city. The staff members were always helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well kept. I also appreciated the hotel's central location, which allowed me easy access to nearby attractions.
The spa was accessible only with paid treatments, and those were not worth the prices.

A stay to remember
turkish teaflavored waterrooftop view
The hotel lobby offered turkish tea and flavored water. We found complementary water bottles in my room everyday. The rooftop has a lovely view and I appreciated the peaceful location of the hotel. The breakfast selection was great and the restaurant views were amazing.
The underfloor heating was very hot in my room.

The bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful with a great shower. Sockets were placed by the bed and I also found the room very very comfy and tidy. These details were important to me.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. There is close proximity to tram stops. The street, despite its central position, remained surprisingly quiet.
