Admiring Hospitality at a Great Location

kind staff airport transfer breakfast buffet clean room

The staff was genuinely kind and always ready to assist. I was able to book an airport transfer right at the hotel. This service made my arrival and departure so easy. Breakfast included a delicious buffet. The room was clean and well kept.

I noticed some wear on the furniture. The shower was not working perfectly.

The breakfast service had a lovely buffet, and the staff were helpful. The rooftop restaurant provides a beautiful view, but I recommend it for drinks. The restaurant guys were especially friendly.

Emrah was helpful. The reception team were all very efficient. The staff were willing to help with luggage and even surprised my child with chocolate. The overall treatment felt very personal. I felt very well-cared for.

breakfast box sparse amenities

i must say , i found a few things less than thrilling. the lack of a proper safe box was annoying, especially when they forgot my requested breakfast box, even though i paid for it. also , the room's amenities were quite sparse, considering i had also emailed ahead requesting chocolate and wine. i guess my sweet tooth was ignored.

Uneven experience, needs attention

limited selection moldy shower

The room felt small, made movement difficult. The shower had mold. This was Unpleasant. I asked for extra towels, but that request went unfulfilled. The breakfast selection felt VERY limited. The experience left me wanting MORE.
