the location is very convenient. i could walk everywhere i wanted to go. the staff were very informative and helpful .
there are bars downstairs in the street. these bars were very loud and noisy until 2-3 am on friday and saturday. it was difficult to sleep because of the noise.

the staff displayed professionalism and warmth from arrival. each team member were great too ensure comfort and satisfaction. the rooms feature a stylish design coupled with functional elements creating a soothing ambiance. i found the design details focused on guest comfort and relaxation.
i observed that some street-facing rooms experienced noise until late on friday and saturday.

The staff provided assistance outside of check-in times and helped arrange transport. i saw someone assist guests with bags and wait with them. the staff looked informative and friendly. They seemed eager to cater to dietary requirements.

The location was convenient the galata tower was nearby i liked using the gym facilities. I thought the hotel was very tidy. the staff were very nice and helpful with tips the location was great and convenient. the hotel was near many shops
street bars downstairs were noisy until late on friday and saturday nights.

the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use i noticed the hotel's chic design incorporating books adding an artistic touch. the rooftop terrace provides amazing city views for everyone there.

The staff helped with directions. That was acceptable.
I experienced some issues. The shower drain was clogged, it caused water to pool. Street noise at night made it difficult to sleep. The minibar was not refilled . I found that surprising.

The air conditioning malfunctioned. This made sleeping difficult. The towels provided I found dirty. I also did not appreciate being charged for beverages I never ordered at the rooftop restaurant.

The staff was helpful . I especially appreciated the rooftop restaurant. It had excellent food. The location allowed me to easily walk to many attractions. I was happy to receive a complimentary cake for my partner's birthday.
The bathroom was somewhat small.
