the location is amazing i found it very central to everything i wanted to see. the staff were helpful and friendly assisting with any questions i had. i received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which i appreciated so much.
the breakfast selection remained unchanged each day.

the hotel features a restaurant on the top floor offering city views during breakfast. there is also a terrace area where guests are able to feed birds. cleaners maintained high standards, ensuring that the premises were super clean.

My room included two basins and a rainfall shower. It was also very spacious. i was pleased to find the room was clean and tidy when i arrived. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

the breakfast buffet included a variety of breads cheeses salads eggs and fruits. guests could also order omelets. coffee tea and juices were available too i found it enjoyable.

the hotel has a perfect location! the staff are very friendly and approachable. they offer free breakfast with delicious cheese selections and spreads and daily cooked shakshouka and selections of food that change every day. the price is worth it comparing to the service and location.
The soundproofing between rooms is not ideal. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

the hotel location is excellent for transportation or the view infront of the square. mr mustafa and mr jem at the reception were helpful. the helper lady at 4th floor is very kind and cute.

the hotel is located right in the center! i could easily walk to shops. the hotel is also near a train station. if you plan to move around by public transport, this is an excellent hotel.

the breakfast at the top floor was AMAZING!!! the space has a beautiful view of the city and nice seating. the breakfast has various kinds of bread, cheese, salads, egg, honey, jam, fruits, tea, coffee, juices, and omlets.
