breakfast varietybathroom mold

I was quite disappointed by a few things. The breakfast lacked variety. It really needed more options for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The cleanliness in the bathroom also left much to be desired, as I found some mold present. It definitely impacted my overall impression.

the location allowed easy access to many attractions. the breakfast included a good variety of options each morning. i appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. reception staff especially were always smiling and ready to assist.

the elevator was quite small making it difficult with a baby stroller. there were moments of noise due to nearby nightclubs. i found the front desk unhelpful regarding the smoke from another room. they suggested air freshener instead of addressing the source of the problem.

The location was acceptable. It was close to many restaurants.

The breakfast was a joke. The coffee machine apparently didn't work, and I ended up paying for some weak excuse for coffee at the bar. Hygiene seemed optional, with sticky jam packets and questionable containers. The staff didn't seem to care much either.

the location was superb. i found many attractions and restaurants nearby. the staff was helpful with directions and suggestions.

The elevator was a bit small. It was difficult to maneuver with luggage.

Breakfast was available. It had several options. i enjoyed fresh pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. It was a great way to start the day. the dining area was clean and well maintained. The staff was very attentive!
