The reception staff seemed underprepared. When I requested a late checkout, I received conflicting information. I was initially granted until 2 PM, then later told I needed to leave by noon or pay a penalty. The room's soundproofing was also insufficient. I could hear noises from the hallways and street. No sound isolation, conflicting checkout
