convenient location attentive staff strange noises limited selection

I found the location very convenient. it was easy to get to various attractions. The room I stayed in was very clean, the housekeeping staff were very attentive to detail. I especially appreciated their kindness.

The air conditioning made SOME strange noises. it sometimes struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. The selection of tv channels felt LIMITED, there could be more international options.

complete breakfast excellent location good lobby toilet cleanliness missing iron rude behavior

I found the breakfast selection very complete. The location is excellent with a short walk to the metro. The lobby provides a good space to relax. I think it is quite charming.

The toilet cleanliness needs improvement. There was no iron available . I found the behavior of one receptionist rude. It was a bit disappointing.

reception inconsistency insufficient soundproofing

The reception staff seemed underprepared. When I requested a late checkout, I received conflicting information. I was initially granted until 2 PM, then later told I needed to leave by noon or pay a penalty. The room's soundproofing was also insufficient. I could hear noises from the hallways and street. No sound isolation, conflicting checkout
