I found the staff helpful. Baykal and Sude were particularly cute and ensured my room met my needs. The housekeeping service was thorough. My room was always clean. The hotel's location is convenient (it's near many attractions).
The wifi was not very strong, difficult to work from the hotel. I needed reliable internet for business meetings, and the connection was often unstable.

The open buffet breakfast offered a large variety of options, covering all breakfast needs, and the service was really well done (especially for traditional pastries).

The hotel is centrally located near trams and the metro, this made getting around simple. it's within walking distance of Galataport and the Galata Tower.
