family room sea view

i stayed in the family room and i was happy with its size. there were many plugs and a fridge was also in the room. the sea view was amazing, and my daughter liked watching the lights on the south pier at night.

the smell from bleach was strong coming out of toilet.

Wonderful Stay Near the Sea

stocked tea comfortable bed perfect location fast check-in

The room included a smart TV with popular apps plus tea, coffee, and sugar. I found the location to be perfect, near the train station and the Pleasure Beach. The hosts were so reasonable when I broke a window, a moment I certainly did not expect. Checking in was also super fast, easing my travel anxieties.

I noticed a very slight stain on the curtains.

The room had a lovely hot power shower. There was also a microwave, fridge freezer, smart TV, hairdryer, and fan. These facilities exceeded what I have experienced in other hotels.

the location was acceptable and close to the tram stop right out the door.

The wifi was rubbish. I couldn't even use my phone the entire weekend. the hotel definitely needs attention, because it felt very old fashioned!

excellent stay near the pier

resolved issues fantastic location winter lights

The owner resolved a couple of minor issues we encountered. The door key stopped working and the tv wouldn't work. the location is fantastic. It's right opposite south pier.

The hotel lacked an elevator. Carrying luggage to the upper floors was difficult, especially with multiple bags.

i stayed in a family room. we got a warm welcome when i arrived. my children felt welcome. the location is lovely.

the bathroom door was a tatty screen and it was broken. there was a stain on the curtains. the bed was very low to the floor, and the mattress not comfortable.

the location shined. it was near the pleasure beach, a short walk. the room was super clean when i arrived. the host was very helpful during check in. the cheap drinks were a plus.

The wifi was a bit spotty during peak hours.
