the location was convenient for visiting the nearby university. my room was clean and tidy upon arrival. bedding felt fresh and well laundered. i found the staff to be friendly and accommodating
the parking area was sometimes congested, and i experienced difficulty finding a space close to the entrance

Mani, the general manager, was genuinely helpful. he waited for me when my flight was delayed. the two guys on the desk were lovely and friendly. They were always ready to help with questions and were so polite.
I found a dead spider when i first entered the room. there was a twix wrapper on the floor. the bathroom door would not shut fully. getting the door to lock was nearly impossible, a concern.

The room was clean and felt very warm and cosy. it included everything i needed . the location proved perfect. The university is only a short walk away from the building.
