fantastic village getaway!
online check in excellent view
I loved how easy the online check in was. It used electronic door locks. the room had an excellent view. i really valued how convenient it all was!
the hotel lacked some expected service. i didnt see a single staff member . it felt weird. the bar and restaurant stayed closed because of staff shortages. its frustrating.

The room was spacious enough for my needs during this stay.
Upon arrival, there was no staff present at the reception desk. The room lacked essential amenities. I found no extension cables available. The noise isolation was poor. I could hear sounds through the thin walls.

The room was spacious. I appreciated the super clean en suite shower. The Richmond bar had good prices for drinks. Liam and his partner were very cute.
The hotel lacked a television in the room. This absence was surprising. I think a TV should be standard.

I appreciated the self check in process. It was very easy to manage after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The decor felt traditional. It suited the building's age. I had a nice meal and relaxed in the bar for a nightcap.
The hotel lacks a lift. This may be a problem with limited mobility due to the stairs and fire doors.
