A Mixed Experience
small gym late breakfast hours
The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate that.
The gym was a major letdown. Its small size is ridiculous. It seems designed just to tick a box on search engines. the breakfast hours are inconvenient for early flights. It starts too late.

dirty towels lacking cleaning
The towels in my room were dirty. i got into my room and went into the bathroom, the large towel was covered with someone's hair. the cleaning regime is lacking. This is really disappointing. i expected better hygiene, especially in the bathroom. It was a letdown.

huge room friendly staff great selection long shower frozen burger inconvenient parking
I stayed in a superior double room! the room was huge and super clean, awesome! the staff were so friendly and helpful. plus, breakfast had a great selection suitable for everyone, so i started my day right!
The showers took forever to heat up, ugh. and the food wasn't the best. i ordered a burger with chips one night and it tasted like a heated-up frozen burger. also, there wasn't enough parking for a conference. That was inconvenient.

The family room was large. The beds were comfortable. The bar food offered a wide choice, a pleasant surprise (I really enjoyed that!). The staff provided a complimentary discount on drinks and meals. free coffees at the bar, very nice.
