i found the staff super helpful upon arrival! they gave great recommendations for local places to eat, since the hotel restaurant was closed that night. i received thick white towels and complimentary soap and shampoo in my room. the onsite parking was convenient too!
the room got pretty warm, and i couldn't seem to adjust the heating, so i had to open the window.

The staff provided really good service. They were polite and knowledgeable. The location is perfect. It is situated near many restaurants. I loved the large room with the spacious bathroom and corner bath. It was super clean. The pub downstairs was GREAT.
I had to run the sink tap for a while to get warm water through for the shower.
