The Primrose, constructed in 1878, features 15 air-conditioned rooms. Each room includes a flatscreen smart TV with Netflix, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, free toiletries, and a shower. The Deluxe Queen Balcony rooms located on the second floor, offer a private balcony with views of the gardens and Mount Desert Street, plus the largest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
