Trade Winds Inn offers six room types. The newly renovated King Balcony Rooms, on the second and third floors, feature one king size pillow top bed and a private bathroom. Each room includes an interior entrance and a sliding door to a private balcony with ocean views. The newly renovated 2 Double Bed Balcony Rooms, on the second and fourth floors, feature two double pillow top beds, a private bathroom, an interior entrance, and a sliding door to a private balcony or sunporch with ocean views. These rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The Deluxe Balcony King Suites, on the second and third floors, feature one king size pillow top bed, an electric fireplace, a private bathroom, and a separate sitting area with a pullout sofa. Each room has an interior entrance and a sliding glass door to a private balcony with views of Rockland Harbor. These suites include a sofa bed, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee pot. The newly renovated Accessible King Suites, on the second and third floors, include a king size pillow top bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. They have a wet bar with a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot, and a flat screen TV. Standard King or Queen Rooms have a king or queen size pillow top bed and a private bath, plus a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Standard Double Double Rooms are newly renovated, located on the second and third floors, and feature two double size pillow top beds and a private bath. The newly renovated Standard King Studio Suites, on the second and third floors, include a king size pillow top bed, a sitting area with a sofa bed, and a private bath. These suites have a sofa bed, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee pot, and a hair dryer.

Trade Winds Inn provides complimentary wireless Internet access, gift shops/newsstands, and a television in a common area. All guest rooms feature microwaves, minifridges, and coffee makers.
