The Bluenose Inn features 53 hotel rooms in the Mizzentop Building, with options for one king, one queen, or two queen beds. Most rooms include a fireplace and a private balcony that overlooks Frenchman Bay. The Eden Building offers 21 apartments, each with a full kitchen, a living room with an electric fireplace, and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. Every apartment includes a balcony with views of Frenchman Bay and the Porcupine Islands. The Wonder View Inn offers rooms in four buildings, each with unique decor.
Dining Options
The Looking Glass Restaurant serves breakfast, with chocolate chip pancakes. The Looking Glass Restaurant deck hosts outside receptions. The Great Room Piano Lounge offers cocktails and wine. Guests can dine with pets on the deck of the Looking Glass Restaurant. The inn uses ingredients to prepare gourmet cuisine at Looking Glass Restaurant, formerly the Rinehart Restaurant.
Leisure and Activities
Guests have access to two heated pools and a fitness center. The fitness center includes exercise machines and free weights. The Great Room Piano Lounge features live piano music Monday through Saturday, 7 PM to 10 PM. Volleyball and horseshoes are available on the grounds. Bar Island is accessible via a sandbar 1.5 hours before and after low tide. Thunder Hole is best viewed midway between low and high tide.
