Fenwick Inn has a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and Pirate themed splash pad open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. There is also a sun deck open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. A fitness center is available from 8am-10pm. The hotel includes a brand-new Game Room that is open 24 hours. From June 8th to August 21st, Sundaes in the Park takes place every Sunday from 7pm-9pm in Northside Park, with free transportation provided. On Tuesdays, there is Game & Movie Night from 6pm-8pm. On Wednesdays, there is Arts and Crafts Night from 4pm-6pm and Mermaids from 4:30pm-5:30pm at the indoor pool. Guests can experience the 28th Annual Cruisin' Ocean City event that takes place May 14th-17th.

Fenwick Inn is one block from the beach and minutes from major attractions. The Salisbury/Ocean City Regional Airport is approximately 30 minutes away via US-50 E and MD-90 E. Fenwick Inn is 20 km from Osvaldo Vieira International. The Ocean City Bus Transportation bus stop is right outside the hotel front door and costs $4 per day. Nearby landmarks include Fenwick Boardwalk (1 km), Fenwick Island State Park (2 km), Candy Kitchen (1 km), North Surf Park (1 km), Sea Shell City (1.5 km), Gorman Avenue Park (0.5 km), Viking Amusements and Thunder Lagoon Waterpark (1 km), and the Discoversea Shipwreck Museum (1.5 km). Northside Park is nearby, where guests can enjoy a walk or visit Sundaes in the Park every Sunday during the summer. The Art League of Ocean City Center for the Arts is nearby.
