The Francis Scott Key Family Resort offers Ranch Style rooms with two double beds or two double beds and a sleep sofa. Maryland and Pennsylvania buildings offer rooms that accommodate up to 4 or 6 guests. Rooms for up to 4 guests have two queen beds on the second floor. Rooms for up to 6 guests include two double beds with a sleeper sofa, or corner units with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa on the first or second floors. Delaware, Virginia, and Carolina buildings offer rooms that accommodate up to 4 or 6 guests. The Carolina building is located across from the Caribbean Key indoor pool near the rear of the property. New York, New Jersey, Ohio, and Florida rooms have full kitchens including a microwave, oven, full-size refrigerator, cookware, flatware, and flat screen televisions. The Florida building houses the Caribbean Key indoor pool. Vacation Homes 600-613 feature two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full-size mattress and a pull-out trundle, plus a pull-out sofa, accommodating up to six guests. Vacation Homes 614-621, located on Elm Street, have two bedrooms, an open loft, and a living room, accommodating up to eight guests. Each unit includes a washer and dryer and a private deck patio overlooking a bridge walkway and fishing pond. All guest rooms have a refrigerator, en suite bathroom, and a TV with DVD player. Some rooms feature ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and garden furniture. Bathrooms provide free toiletries. Kitchens include cookware and kitchen utensils. Rooms offer an AM/FM alarm clock, flat-screen TV, carpeted or parquet floors.
Dining and Concessions
The Francis Scott Key Family Resort has many fast dining options. The Surf Shack offers a limited menu for carry-out. The Snack Shack serves a concession menu with hot pizza, wings, tenders, ice cream, frozen drinks, sodas, and cocktails, located on the pool deck of the Caribbean Key Indoor Theme Pool. The Surf Shack pool bar hours are subject to management.
Leisure and Entertainment
The Francis Scott Key Family Resort features several pools and attractions, including mini-golf, a movie theater, and an arcade. The DE and VA buildings face the main quad area, which is home to the volleyball court, basketball court, outdoor pool, putt-putt course, and a centrally located laundry facility. Guests aged 16 and older can relax in the dinghy-themed hot tub. The property also offers a playground and activities for all ages. The free miniature golf course consists of 9 holes with a bridge over a stream, waterfall, octopus, cannon, skull cave, and treasure chest. Additional amenities include a fitness room, kids' playground, sand volleyball court, basketball court, picnic pavilion, DVD rentals, and a book nook. The Caribbean Key Indoor Theme Pool features a retractable roof. There is a car and boat washing station.

Osvaldo Vieira International is 5 km away. The resort provides nearby access to a free county boat ramp. The property is near Sunset Park (1.5 km), Baja's Amusements (1 km), Paradise Watersports (1 km), Embers Island Mini Golf (3 km), Ocean City Inlet Jetty (2 km), Jolly Roger Amusement Park (3.5 km), Snapdragon (1 km), and Entry Park (1.5 km).
