great location amazing comfort friendly staff coffee machine

The location was awesome. It was quiet but really central. The bed had amazing comfort and the shower was great. I liked that the room included both a coffee machine and a kettle. The staff seemed friendly and ready to help, I noticed.

The cleaning service seemed limited. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the room was never vacuumed .

a romantic getaway

the location offered easy access to many attractions. the bed provided really good comfort. i found the fresh water provided daily in the room particularly nice.. the shower products had a good fragrance. the staff gave great directions. the hotel had a quiet ambiance, despite being in a central area. the room decor was charming. i could also easily store my luggage after checkout.

thoughtful touch friendly staff unbeatable location relaxed atmosphere

The reception staff handled my package before my arrival. This added a personal touch. The location allowed easy access to the Domtoren. The area nearby features lovely cafes and restaurants. The wine bar downstairs presented a relaxed atmosphere after a day of exploring.

The room cleaning schedule seemed to prioritize rooms due for checkout, with other rooms serviced later in the day.

early package receiving attentive staff convenient location

The front desk received my package early. This felt cute. Staff members are attentive . The location is near the Domtoren, perfect for exploring the area. Cafes and restaurants surround the location, very convenient.
