The location IS excellent. It is convenient to walk around and explore nearby restaurants. The staff was kind and helpful at all times. I found the elevator useful for getting my luggage to the room. All of this.

I found the wifi hopeless, made working remotely difficult. This was a significant inconvenience, as reliable internet access is essential. I hope they improve this .

The room included bathrobes and slippers and also a full set of toiletries in the bathroom. Coffee and tea were available, a lovely, WELCOME touch. The beds were comfortable.

the hotel is very central. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean and well-kept, i found everything in order. the location made exploring very convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions.

the lack of on-site parking was a minor inconvenience. i had to find alternative parking nearby, which cost extra money. this added a bit of hassle to my arrival and departure.

I found the staff friendly and helpful! The room had everything I needed, including a hairdryer and coffee machine. Even during the coldest winter days, the rooms stayed very warm. The hotel's central location made getting around very easy and convenient.

Water and tissues were not replenished during cleaning, a slight inconvenience.
