convenient stay , grateful for the service
easy accesscity centerbasic quality
the room provided everything i needed , it was appreciated. it was really convenient to have both a bus stop and a tram stop close by. i found it easy to reach the city center from the hotel. it helped me a lot .
i noticed some outdated items, specifically the hairdryer, which seemed quite old. the toilet paper quality was also very basic. i think upgrades in these areas would enhance the guest experience significantly.

the staff provided lots of local area information at arrival good car parking was available the breakfast was particularly excellent with friendly staff i had a warm welcome. the bed was comfy a great shower was available.
the room had no free drinks or even a bottle of water if i wanted a kettle or iron i needed to carry them up from reception the toilet paper was the cheapest imaginable. the hairdryer seemed very old.
